Seller and currency

Kenya products are offered by Agizo Africa Ltd and quoted or priced in Kenyan shillings. South African products are offered by Agizo Solutions (Pty) Ltd in South African rand.

Product scope

Coverage, format, accuracy, update date, licence and delivery method are defined on the product page or quotation. Digital products may not be redistributed unless the applicable licence permits it.

Orders and delivery

Ready-to-buy products are delivered under the checkout terms shown at purchase. Requested maps and aggregate bundles are supplied after scope, price, production time and delivery have been accepted.

Gated Communities and Estates subscriptions

Each verified account may activate one free 30-minute trial in a single ward. Paid subscriptions provide one year of online map viewing for one selected constituency-based subcounty or county, and the named-user allowance shown at checkout. Paid access begins after confirmed M-PESA payment. Regular data updates within the subscribed territory are included during the term. Promotional access provides one year of all available Kenya coverage for one verified account and cannot be renewed by redeeming the same code again. Renewal is manual; there are no automatic renewal charges. The price for a paid term remains fixed, and the next term's price is shown before renewal.

Community points, estate names, roof sizes and unit counts are model-derived or source-matched estimates with their verification status displayed. They do not confirm a gated entrance, dwelling count, ownership, occupancy or permission to enter. Subscriptions provide a non-exclusive viewing service; bulk export and automated harvesting are not included. Source attribution and applicable source-licence rights remain in effect.

Use an individual registered account for each named user. Account owners can allocate or remove seats within the purchased allowance. Contact Agizo for payment, access, correction or account-closure assistance.

Responsible use

Products support geographic planning and do not guarantee an electoral or commercial result. Buyers are responsible for lawful use, campaign disclosures, advertising authorisations and compliance with platform rules.
