Information we collect

We may collect contact details, organisation details, requested geographies, order information and support correspondence when you enquire about or purchase a product.

How it is used

Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, provide support, protect the marketplace and meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations.

Community map accounts

Registration uses your name and verified email address. Microsoft 365 delivers single-use sign-in links; essential session cookies maintain access. Agizo stores subscription territories, payment references, named-user memberships and usage counters to operate and protect the service. Payment details are entered on Paystack's checkout; this service does not store card numbers.

Subscription owners can see the names and email addresses of their named users. The map displays an account watermark. Browser analytics are disabled on community account and map pages. OpenStreetMap supplies basemap tiles and receives the normal network information needed to deliver them. Email-link tokens expire after fifteen minutes and sessions after seven days.

Estate registration collects your name, surname, email and phone number to manage access and respond to enquiries. Email verification starts one 72-hour period of full map access; signing in again does not extend it. Contact details are not published in the map. Registration does not opt you into marketing. Political and personal data

Agizo campaign maps are geographic reference products and do not include voter-contact lists. Customers must not provide unlawful personal data or use Agizo products as permission to target people politically. Any separate personal-data processing requires a lawful basis, data minimisation, access controls and appropriate terms.

Analytics and advertising

Optional advertising measurement is activated only after consent where required. Platform identifiers and campaign parameters may be processed to measure visits and enquiries.
